'Queixa Electrónica
' 
(electronic complaint) service enables citizens to report an offence 
online that can range from domestic violence and assault to fraud, 
pollution and marriages of convenience. Users have to launch an 
eight-step reporting process providing details such as the time and 
date, identification of the complainant and the place where the 
offence occurred. Complaints are subsequently forwarded to the 
relevant law enforcement authorities.
