We are excited to announce that Forest Glen's

annual Move-A-Thon will take place early in the school year on

Friday, November 9^th, 2012
The proceeds from our Move-A-Thon will be used to enhance various aspects of

our school program, such as technology (iPads, document cameras, lcd projectors), subsidizing costs of field trips and special presentations, and

adding picture books and novels to our library and classrooms.

Please note that this is our only major fundraising event of the year. We

know that you will support this event with your customary generosity.
The Move-A-Thon engages students continuously for 40 minutes with colourful

lighting and exciting music. Glow bracelets will be sold for $1 each with all

proceeds going toward the above mentioned initiatives.

The theme this year is “Sports Day!”. Students are reminded to wear

comfortable clothing that they can move around in easily.

Please ask only family and friends to donate money towards this event.
