Ishning mazmuni. O‘rnatma pluglarning tuzilishi va ularni rostlash usullari, o‘rnatma plugni xaydov traktoriga osish, yer xaydash chuqurligiga moslash va plug ramasini gorizontal tekislikdagi xolatini tamirlash usullari bilan tanishish.
Uskunavajixozlar. PN-4-35 o‘rnatmaplug, Traktorva plugostigaqo‘yishuchuntaxta, chizimcha.
Umumiyma’lumotlar
Plug – erga asosiy ishlov berish uchun mo‘ljallangan kishlok xo‘jalik kuroli. Pluglarlemexlivadisklibo‘ladi. Lemexlipluglaruznovbatidauchxilgaajraladi::
- dalalarni 18 smgachachukurlikdaxaydashuchunmo‘l-jallanganyuzayumshatgich-pluglar;
- dalalarni 25-30 smchukurlikdashudgorlaydiganumumiyishlargamo‘ljallanganpluglar;
- yangierlardaboglarbarpoetishuchunerni 40-60 smchukurxaydaydiganmaxsuspluglar. Bularjumlasigaplantajpluglar, butozor-tukayzorlarnixaydashgamo‘ljallanganpluglar, boxdorchilikvatokzorpluglarikiradi.
Lemexlipluglarag‘dargichlivaag‘dargichsizbo‘ladi. Lemexvaag‘dargichumumiystoykagabiriktirilib, plugninglemex-ag‘dargichlikorpusi deb ataladi. Plug korpusi (1.1-rasm,b) asosiyishchi organ bo‘ladi. Korpusningasosiykismlari: lemex 1, ag‘dargich3, dalataxtasi 2vastoyka4daniborat. Lemextuprokpalaxsasinigorizontaltekislikdaostidankirkib, unikismanparchalaydivaag‘dargichgauzatadi. Lemexlarikkixil: trapetsiyasimonvaiskanasimonbo‘ladi.
Plug korpusiningag‘dargichikirkilgantuprokpalaxsasinikushimcharavishdauvalash, kamida 128gaaylantiribaxdarishgamo‘ljallangan. Lemexvaag‘dargichbirgalikda «lemex-ag‘dargichlisirt»nitashkiletadi. Lemex-ag‘dargichlisirtlarto‘rtxil: silindrik, madaniy, yarimvintsimonvavintsimonbuladi. Bu sirtlarasosansilindroidalsirtyasovchilariningegatdevoribilanxosilkiluvchiburchaginingkiymatigavaburchakning
