,, Respect is what we owe ; love , what we give" . For me it is a simple defination of respect.

Youth today is just concentrating to top the financial market; they don't have time to spend with their family ,kids for whom they are striving hard day and night. We have forgotten that money can get us anything but not the true love and innocence. We have engrossed ourselves to the technology to the extent that we are failing to respect the relationship. Charm of glittering designation and gadgets have faded the importance of the elders in the family. But we can't blame on just the globalization because it has also great good effects for our world that we can't deny.

Sometimes it can be difficult to relate to the generations that have come before us. Growing up in different circumstances can make us feel as if we have noting in common with them . But especially in Eastern world we are taught to respect everyone, those who were older and wiser than we were from whom we could learn.

But how many of us are really respecting the elderly people around us ?! Even family members sometiems fail to spend family time with them , which saddens my heart. Things are changing nowaday, and elders or grandparents don't have much of a role inthe family as a few decades away.. There is no one to listen to them , nor do their own children live near them. Respect towards elders in fast declining in the society and it is sad but true that in many families they're treated more like old furniture than part of a family. There might be a few exceptions as I also don't believe that growing old is a sign becoming wiser, but we shouldn't show disrespect for seniors in any case.

The elders need to be honoured and respected for all that they have done for us . They have faced mamy challenges and raised grandchildren when their own children haven't been around . But now when theyr are in the golden years of their lives it is time that the young generation gives back them a little of what all they did for us.

Never forget how you will like to be treated, and treat the elderly people the same way . If you haven't been respecting, it is never too late to begin. Any day is a new chance to start.

Many countries are in danger of losing their cultural identity on account of globalisation.

Globalization is the word which has managed to connect the all parts of the world with each other. Through its integrated network of trade and commerce and transport and communication it has linked all the corners of the world. Though the aim behind this is to connect and merge all the cultures of the world but unfortunately it is the reason behind the weakening of cultural bonds between communities and also leads to the loss of cultural identitiy.

Today is 21st century - a century of globalization where all the societies with different culture live together. Mostly , Western civilization is sweeping away the traditions and culture of the society, affecting changes in the behavior and thinking of people of different society. It is understood that a culture loss seems too apparent in some communities where the main culture is weak.

Many think that if this trend keeps going on , the global diversity of culture identity will be lost forever. Societies think globalization is a big threat as the young generation is sweeping away with different cultures mostly adapting the culture of western style , which unfortunately worry the societies as they think it will affect their culture and also won't take time is the disappearance of their cultures and values they follow.

But , this can't be true all the time. There are some positive influence on people or society because of globalization. Globalization is also a way to learn and explore the culture difference and so much more .

On the whole, globalization neither good nor bad. It is not only the globalization but the blinded youth brains that is digging our culture. We have false ego to project, but lack a wise brain to implement it for the betterment of our economy , promoting the agricultural sector and rural class. Our focus is just to gain a good word from the mouth of the foreigner, though we are receiving continuous criticism from our own men.
