decision-making skills, management skills, and continuous improvement skills are needed to be successful.
Having an ability to provide appropriate solution to a complex problem in the fastest way is considered to be one of the required skills among workers in job market. Thereby, decision making skills are abilities to quick and professionally choose between two or more alternatives, that will lead to the best outcome. It is the skill of comparison between choices, strong and week points, as well as the possible outcomes and results (Indeed.com, 2021).
Management or managerial skills are abilities to accomplish given tasks or activities in given time and resources. It is the ability to correctly use the resources, both technical and human, as well as the right time planning (www.pfh-university.com).
Continuous Improvement Skills are the intentions to improve offered product or/and service all over the time. It is not about one-time change; however, it is continuous efforts to implement upgrades and efforts to change product towards positive improvements (www.ag5.com, 2020).

One of the most required skills among graduate students who recently started working is considered to be personal skills. These skills are also called interpersonal skills and they are commonly applied to cite to the ‘emotional part/side’ of human beings, such as creativity/innovation skills, learning skills, and self-awareness skills. Personal skills are one of the mostly discussed attributes within the framework of workplace among graduates and employers (Succi & Canovi, 2019).
Creativity/innovation skills can lead to the good-based human establishment and in these modern days, those skills are viewed as main skills in job market. According to Nakano & Weschler (2018), who states that coming up to 21st century creativity and innovation skills have been recognized as important skills for the 21st century, specifically considering that both skills can contribute to human development by bringing out the positive aspects of the individual. Moreover, García-Arand et al. (2020), clarify that creativity and innovation are key capabilities to meet difficulties in the economy, environment and social conditions these day, particularly in the next decade when the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development will be adopted by all United Nations Member States.
Learning skills will help to gain new and knowledge-based perspectives and it helps to receive new experiences, brain-training to regulate a various range of tasks, and stands person’s neural pathways active. The performance of workers can be improved by learning skills and this will lead to the growth of the company and its culture. Furthermore, with learning skills labor staff is more likely to succeed when they a given a chance to do (www.edopplearning.com, 2019).
Furthermore, for a future job profession it is necessary to have self-awareness skills as this involves such individuals who remain in workplace that they find unfulfilling or make them unfortunate, or in relations in which they feel uncomfortable. According to Carden et al., (2021) who states that these skills are frequently regarded as a crucial part of leadership and career success and this became a characteristic of MBAs, leadership development and management.
