Abstract
: Piezoelectric elements convert pressure, acceleration, temperature, power and changes into electrical charge. In 
short, the elements that create an electric field for mechanical deformation are called piezoelectrics. Piezoelectric elements are a 
convenient tool for measuring various processes. They are used for quality assurance, process control, research and development in 
many industries. The changes we are talking about in the first sentence are generally called piezoelectric phenomena. The piezoelectric 
substance that first met Jacques Curie was affected by a certain force F, and the plate of matter is deformed, creating a certain amount 
of electrical energy in the board. The deformation substance in the part of the lighter that we use every day that we squeeze with our 
finger is piezoelectric. The energy generated in the substance affects the igniter gas and ignition occurs. The working principle of 
piezoelectric motors based on piezoelectric elements is an electric motor based on the change of the element inside by acting with a 
certain voltage. Piezoelectric motors were developed in Japan in the 80's. It operated at a frequency of 40-45 kHz, inaudible to the 
human ear. Piezoelectric motors affect the reverse isoelectric effect, in which the deformation or vibration of a piezoelectric substance
