Dear Sir or Madam
I have became particularly interested in the Exchange Program of Hanguk university since I knew about it. Specifically, I have taken interest on research centres and language departments, such as that related to the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration which is the main drive for me to write this letter.
As a sophomore, I am passionate about scientific inquiries in macroeconomic field. I have conducted some researches. In addition to scientific inquiries, I speak excellent English and Russian, also I know Arabic language(pre-intermediate). In terms of social skills, I like teamwork where I attempt to find workable solutions to critical economic issues with like-minded fellow students. I am also very good at integrating into the students all around the world perhaps because of my curiosity about learning other cultures.
I would show the following three reasons as the key ones to obtain this terrific opportunity to study at your university within the offered six months. Firstly, I am eager to dedicate my time in scientific inquiries at the Hanguk university. Especially, I would like to in the researches which will be conducted by the university of Hanguk. I think I will be able to contribute by this project to the programme.
One of the major activities of the Department for Research and Project Management is organizing seminars, conferences, and other scientific events at local, national, or international level in the field of research. There instantly born the second motive for me: I would be enthusiastic about participating in those events. It will definitely widen my knowledge about research, taking part in the same events (with peers) conducted by professionals.
Finally, I would like to see the Korean approach to problem-solving and the system of teaching language – what macroeconomic methods are commonly employed, what techniques you use in studying the language. In the middle of the six-month study, I will have a chance to compare those with the ones Uzbek language teachers use while studying a particular language. By doing so, I am going to identify the discrepancies I would like to analyse subsequently.
