CONCLUSION
The practical significance of this study lies in the fact that the materials of the study
can be used directly in the practice of teaching English classes in a secondary school, as
well as in additional and elective courses, as well as in the organization of
extracurricular
work in the English language. Develop lexical competence with the help of digital
technologies, to update knowledge, to improve skills and abilities of a modern student.
Effective teaching vocabulary is a complex process and it requires teacher’s
qualifications in recognizing:

Specification of lexical competence is based on lexical knowledge, skills, and
personal language and speech experience the ability of a person to determine the
contextual meaning of a word, to compare the scope of its meaning in two languages, to
understand the structure of the meaning of a word and to distinguish specifically national
in the meaning of a word.

Advantages of using ICT it promotes increase of motivation of pupils and
activization
of their speech activity, effective assimilation of an educational material,
formation of integral system of knowledge, allows to use educational time rationally and
to increase rate of work at a lesson without damage to assimilation of knowledge by pupils,
brings an element of novelty, allows to lead pupils to essentially new level of mastering of
a foreign language.

Learners psychological features in high school or first year of college students
begin to play different social roles - organizers, initiators and even helpers of weak
students. There is a contradiction between the level of psychological development, which
he has achieved, and what is required of him. This contradiction is resolved through the
moral and spiritual
development of the individual, although many people find it rather
difficult to cope with it. It is at the age of 15-16 that talent in this or that area can be clearly
demonstrated, and creative products with objective value are created.

Aims methods, content of teaching vocabulary to develop lexical competence
with digital technologies.

Role of the text book in the study of the subject is very important. A student
learns a foreign language with the help of a textbook. When writing a textbook, the level
of the foreign language must be taken into account and as much modern digital technology
as possible used.

Importance of planning vocabulary lesson is an integral part of teaching. The
teacher should carefully select vocabulary that is appropriate for the level of the student
and present knowledge correctly when learning new words using digital technology.

Methodical backgrounds of using ICT is a modern approach to the search for
a foreign language. Each student should use methodological recommendations during the
lesson. The use of ICT during lessons is a modern approach to the study of not only lexical
competence, but also the entire subject.
This paper is a limited work and it is impossible to try all important issues connected
with developing lexical competence by implementing ICT in the English teaching process.
So, some matters of teaching vocabulary should be developed in other researches.
