An Alternate Solution:
One set of teams was able to cut an entire day off the time it would take to kill Count Dracula. They moved beyond position-based negotiation and interest-based conflict management to true collaboration. This is especially amazing because the negotiators started out by saying “I’ll tell you one thing you don’t know if you tell me one thing I don’t know” (a tricky thing to try since your team doesn’t know which facts are unknown to the other team).
