Have u ever been compared to your fathers or mother’s friends child?
What u felt?
Can we feel our parents right now as they are old and we are younger than them? So, the way to make a balance is they can understand us more than we the same for students, try to understand them?
Client is always right. So if you know that you are giving best piece of cake to your students, anyway it is ur opinion, we have to ask it from students what was great to understand and what was bad or confusing
Feel that they are living in the era of info and tech so they have worse scenario than us, respect them, and imagine our situation that could we live in their place if we were in their ages right now? I am teaching among great teachers, some of u have part of tesol, some of you great experience, knowledge working at idp ielts, celta u have, some of you are working in merit more than 3-4 years, but what do I have, I have given this question to myself when I first came to merit and started to observe others, now I have that u do not have and can you tell me what is it?
It is you guys, I have mixture of ur knowledge, and yes may be I will not give the same power as u but at least, I will be better of single of you once I use ur advice, and you know it better,

You visited and watched my weakness, and did not visit to find what u casn learn, but u learned unconsciuously, it is my mistakes
you see even if I am not great teacher in merit u can learn smth from me and negatives give you more things than psitives as we can learn at least smth from ourselves why not to learn it from students cuz students always want us to be better, notthe worst(of course, loyal ones D)) whose lesson have u attended last 6 months and how many times
