  • Leaders and directors in an organization are normally older people. Some people think that young leaders would be better. Do you agree or disagree?

It is generally acknowledged that higher positions are held by senior citizens in organizations while some people think that younger people are good organizers. I agree with the latter argument due to manifold reasons.

Clearly, there are cogent reasons why young leaders excelled. Firstly, they are more likely to lead by “pulling”, while aged people lead by “pushing”. This type of behavior could yield them a great level of inspiration. As a result, They will be skilled at marketing and inspiring employees and indeed make them get accomplished objectives. Secondly, younger organizers are always open to accept feedback about their job satisfaction as well as performance. In addition, they might frequently seek feedback from others while their counterparts are less likely to get feedback. Hence, they could invest innovative ways to make their work efficient. By asking for ways to implement what they get, young leaders might focus more on the need to achieve their goals.

Furthermore, I am convinced that it seems to have other factors that youth leadership is much more paramount. To begin with, young leaders are usually represented with a strong sense of creativity coupled with knowledge and could be able to demonstrate others how to deal with current investigates. It is indeed an intelligent way of resulting in efficacious leadership among them.



In sum, while older individuals can be good leaders in an organization, I strongly believe that such important positions should be given to younger people.
