I would like to touch upon a topic - the topic of a political anecdote, which can be considered a kind of mirror of political and social life. Obviously, today this genre is not developed in the same way as, say, 20-30 years ago. Today, there are very few good jokes in general. Despite the fact that the anecdote is considered a folk form of creativity, as a rule, almost every work in this genre has an author. By the way, a lot of anecdotes went to the people from the plots of "Gorodok". Today, humor has become serious business. All talented humorous authors (mostly people who have gone through the KVN school) are now in their hands. High-quality humor is hidden in computers protected by passwords. A good joke has become the equivalent of a currency. They save it, they just don’t scatter it like that, they try to squeeze the maximum out of it.
In the case of political jokes, the situation is different. A politician becomes the hero of an anecdote due to personal charisma, bright deeds, a special manner of speaking and dressing. In general, politicians can track their rating by anecdotes about them. There are no jokes - something must be done urgently! We have to run and hire those same ex -KVEEN authors to write something about them. And if earlier the KGB sought out and pressed those who persecuted jokes about the supreme power, today the FSB should find these people in order to encourage them. Here are some political jokes:

Laughter is also possible in a sphere that goes beyond some morality. Thus, the object of the funny in the new jokes of our time is often murder or violence. And such phenomena are definitely present in the modern culture of laughter, although they cause various disputes with public morality. Perhaps this is more suitable for youth humor, which is often characterized by innocent savagery, which comes from a shallow understanding of moral principles, an imposed model of their perception, which is rejected by ridicule. The point here is rather in the way the story is presented and the mechanism of action. An absurd and cruel modern anecdote makes fun, including in situations that are fundamentally not funny for a person of a “romantic” warehouse. And here one can see a tendency towards the totalization of ridicule - absolutely everything is funny and they try to find only funny sides in everything. Perhaps this is due to the physiological effect of laughter - laughter is pleasurable and can act as something like a drug. This is a philosophical question...
The anecdote is still peculiar - and this, perhaps, is its main charm - absolute fearlessness. The anecdote attracts with the type of freedom that a person, by definition, values most of all - freedom that does not oblige him to anything. A normal anecdote does not threaten anything, does not call anywhere and does not demand anything. The anecdote is free from any prescriptions. To those who take it, it promises pure, playful pleasure. Thus the anecdote works therapeutically. He removes the fear of the world not only by the fact that he equalizes everything and everyone in it (although this equalization is carried out only in fantasy and the anecdote understands this), but also by the fact that he is indulgent towards the real world, giving him the opportunity to remain himself.
Anecdote as a kind of language game, fun, absolutely unconsciously creates common meanings and meanings. Therefore, an anecdote turns out to be one of the easiest ways to get to another person - it is not binding to anything and does not bind anything. An anecdote brings people together, removes alienation between them, preserving their autonomy and independence.
A wise parable is characteristic of the best anecdotes. It is no coincidence that some formulas of these anecdotes turned into aphorisms and statements summarizing our life experience: “Don’t make a wave!”, “Go prove that you are not a camel!”, “Is this life?”, “I would have your worries, mister teacher! » etc. At the same time, there is a significant difference between jokes and statements and aphorisms. This is their deliberate anonymity. Even when an anecdote has an official author, as a rule, it is not advertised, and often vice versa - it is leveled, making the anecdote the property of the whole people.
The vitality of an anecdote is conditioned by the anecdotism of life. One of the Polish jokes contains the following dialogue:

The fact that the vitality of an anecdote is due to the anecdotism of life can be seen by reading numerous anecdotes on the Internet. Strained attempts to come up with a new anecdote only sometimes lead to success. And this happens only when you manage to peep and succinctly present a really funny case or an anecdotal situation in life.
