In fact, education has significant importance in people's role in society. Most claim that higher education should not require any payment. I, however, disagree with the statement considiring some disadantages of the plan.

On the one hand, if studying at university is free, students will concentrate on only their education instead of concerning about earning money to pay university fees so they have to work to satisfy needs related to studying expenses, as a result, these types of learners are not able to focus on studies properly due to being under pressure. Therefore implementing free education enable them to study eagerly.

On the other hand, establishing free education has an impact on the finance of the university as this field of education has its own budget based on fees. If the plan is implemented, it will have a problem to pay the staff. Besides this, it leads to ignorant attitude towards study since there is not any competion among students to achieve in charge of schooling which is planned according to students' ability and level of knowledge.

In conclusion, I consider that higher education ought to be without fees for some students who get good grades and have financial problems, not all ones worrying about finance and value of universities.
