New Students
Welcome to Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT). It is very important that you complete all administrative arrangements with the university by the agreed deadlines.

STEP 1: is to submit the following documents to the Enquiry Office at WIUT:

Completed Application Form
Passport copy
1 Photo (3×4)
Medical certificate #086
Copy of military recruit registration card (for males only)
Diploma from lyceum/college (as soon as available)
or a verification letter from lyceum/college
1 envelop and 1 A4 format folder with laces (папка)

STEP 2: Get Unconditional Pack from the Enquiry Office. The pack should contain:

Unconditional offer
Contract for Studies
Instructions for payment and Enrolment
WIUT Pack

STEP 3: Students with their payers must sign the contract and submit it to the Enquiry Office

STEP 4: Pay the fees written in the contract by the following dates:

16th of September for Semester 1
12th of January for Semester 2

STEP 5: Enroll to WIUT. You must enroll to WIUT following the instructions in your unconditional pack. The deadline for Enrolment is:

19th of September

Failure to follow the steps above may result in cancellation of your unconditional offer letter in the following cases:

Failure to enrol by the deadline will result in suspension of your unconditional letter till next year; (enrolment instructions can be downloaded here)
Failure to pay the fees by the deadline will result in penalty charges 0.1% per calendar day on the unpaid amount for semester. In case if no full payment for semester is made within 20 calendar days of the deadline you will be suspended till next academic year; (instructions on how to pay can be downloaded here in English and here in Russian)
Failure to submit all the required documents to the Enquiry Office may result in annulment of your unconditional offer letter; (instructions on how to fill in the contract can be downloaded here in English and here in Russian)
Failure to return properly filled in contract before the start of academic year will result in denial of access to the university facilities;
If your unconditional offer letter is suspended, then no penalty will be applied on the fees
