Dear the club Secretary,
I am writing in response to your email about canceling International Food Party. I am very upset about it due to the fact I really hoped to see some dishes of different nationalities during the Party besides I invited my wife to this Party.
As a member of the club, I want to express my opinion on this situation. Firstly, it would be better to rent out kitchens another local organizations instead of canceling the Party since all member of the club probably planned to spent this night with their loved ones like me.
Secondly, it would be advisable if you inform us in advance about changes, not in this case a day before the event, then we too could change our plans.
Finally, I recommend that club organizers refund tickets to this party, which increases their confidence in the club.
