Принципы организации и критерии качества колоноскопии, выполняемой с целью скрининга колоректального рака

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: 
 
Колоноскопия является основой для ранней диагностики рака и предраковых 
изменений толстой кишки. Представленные Рекомендации основаны на 
современной доказательной базе основных европейских, американских и мировых 
исследований в этой области и направлены на повышение качества колоноскопий, 
дают врачам-эндоскопистам и организаторам здравоохранения четкие и простые 
инструкции, как правильно организовать проведение колоноскопий. Выполнение 
Рекомендаций обеспечит максимальную диагностическую ценность скриниговых 
колоноскопий, обеспечит безопасность и повысит их качество. Правильная 
организация проведения скрининговых колоноскопий, непрерывное обучение 
врачей-эндоскопистов, использование обязательных методик и новых технологий, 
возможно, позволит снизить заболеваемость и смертность от колоректального рака.
Рекомендации будут регулярно обновляться новой информацией, а рабочая 
группа будет периодически пересматриваться представленные положения 
рекомендаций в соответствии с новыми данными и будет представлять 
обновленные варианты.
