Публичная оферта на совершение операций по покупке иностранной валюты на торговых сессиях Узбекской Республиканской валютной биржи

SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC OFFER

   2.1. The Bank on its own name, but on behalf and at the expense of the Client carries out transactions for the purchase of foreign currency (hereinafter referred to as "currency") at the trading session of the Uzbek Republican Currency Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "UzRCE") for a commission on the terms provided in this Public offer. The amount of commission of the Bank is set by the Bank’s Tariffs;

   2.2. The purchase of currency funds by the Bank is carried out on the basis of this Public offer, a written or sent through Internet Banking Application of the Client for the purchase of foreign currency in the form approved by the Board members of «KDB Bank Uzbekistan» JSC (Amendment #1), which is an integral part of this Public offer;
   

2.3. Currency name, amount and exchange rate, documents justifying FCY transaction as well as the purpose of using the purchased currency are indicated in the Application;

2.4. Operations for the purchase of foreign currency are carried out for their intended use by the Client and on the basis of the Client Applications submitted in paper form.

2.5. Responsibility for the accuracy of the information specified in the Application rests with the business entity that submitted the Application.

2.6. When purchasing foreign currency for the purpose of servicing loans and leasing in foreign currency, repatriating profits, dividends and other income of foreign investors, the Bank has the right to require additional documents confirming the legality of these operations.

2.7. All settlements between the Bank and the Customer on Applications for which the Bank have received positive conclusions, are carried out no later than two banking business days.
If settlements are not completed within two banking days, then the transaction is considered to be canceled. At the same time, funds purchased by Bank on the UZRCE on the basis of a Client's application are subject to sale back to the UZRCE.
2.8. Funds credited to special foreign currency accounts are used strictly for the purposes specified in the Applications.
