Last but not least, team games as football, basketball are a good reason for meeting friends. To conclude, who wants to live long and healthy must go in sport.

Jogging is my favorite sport. I start day with jogging , because it has much advantages. For example, in any weather I can jog. Especially in early morning with headphones jogging in silent street gives great pleasure to all. Moreover it is free. Comparing with several expensive sports, anyone can do this sport. But you should have a tracksuit, sneakers and a seasonal headdress. The most important side, jogging makes people healthy. In conclusion, I recommend to everyone do this time of sport.
