P:According to the materials of the criminal case the defendent Sadikbaev went to the club “Bacardi” at 4:55 on 20-june and drunk alcohol here.He tried to hurt the victum in order to kill by using knife when getting drunk. Then the people who were there provided medical care to the victum.The defendant is prosecuted for this offense with article 25, part 1 of Article 97 of criminal Code of Uzb.

D: Indeed, on June 20, 2021 In order to distract me from a little housework I went to the nightclub “Bacardi” where I ate and drank alcohol. Then while I was playing on the dance floor, the security guards of the “Bacardi “club came to me and protested. After that I started arguing. Then I hit him once with the knife. Then came the officers of the Department of Internal Affairs and the trial began.
