The study of the categories of singular and plural in the linguistics of uzbek language

INTRODUCTION.

Our Uzbek language has always been grammatically and artistically studied, analyzed, developed and refined. In particular, the category of numbers, which is one of the many grammatical categories in it, has been studied and justified by many linguists. As the history shows, it was able to demonstrate the practical existence of a particular state, its history and its importance in the development of the world, in science, through its national, native language. In particular, it has always been an important task for the Uzbek people to preserve and enrich their native language as a spiritual treasure, to increase the effectiveness of its practical use, to expand its use. Its events are studied on the basis of a common field in world linguistics. The plural meaning of the Uzbek language has been studied as a grammatical category in the category of nouns and verbs in current grammar works. However, due to the fact that most of these works on the subject were created during the Soviet era, their interpretations to some extent reflect the peculiarities of the Russian language. The current interpretations of the number category do not fully correspond to the specifics of the Uzbek language. Therefore, the study of the category of numbers based on the agglutinative nature of the Uzbek language, the knowledge of its historical basis, the definition of its gradual development, the analysis of speech events are relevant today.
