The main purpose of the questionnaire was to provide a basic overview of constructing affordable housing across the country. The number of respondents who participated in our survey, amounted to 30.
The survey revealed almost 75% of participants prefer living in a multistoried building rather than cottages.
The most preferable way of construction style was chosen by 68% of participants as European one 4% of respondent suggested to mix the two style.
We listed the number of attributes which could be crucial for customers. 66,7% of people intend to live in a safe atmosphere and this was the highest percentage among listed attributes. At the same time, about 46% of participants desire to own yarn/garden in their residential area.
There were a number of issues stopping people from purchasing an apartment. The most notable issue was appropriate price range for customers which 42% respondents emphasized that.
It is apparent from the survey that mostly people live in apartments compared to cottages. Also, it is essential to point out creating available price range should be taken into consideration and put into practice e.
