Overall, it can be clearly seen that in 1990 the seaside resort was a rural place with ordinary facilities, hovewer, after 15 years it changed to a crowded tourist center.
First of all, there was not enough residential area for inhabitans of Templeton in 1990, but, over the years same buildings were consructed to make them live comfortably. The houses in south-west part of the map were demolished to make a way for a new supermarket in 2005. The factory in the heart of the place dissappear. In addition, two other apartment blocks were manifactured in the way of a hostel near the lake in northern of the city. In 2005 a railway was built near the apartments in the south to freighth by a ferry easily. However, unlike those changes in a city, railwat station, hospital and school remained unchanged until 2005.
