There is no doubt that, our present is developing rapidly and technology, internet are becoming important in every sphere of our life. Interestingly, when you have a such kind of time the most modern gadgets or social network cannot help you. Just a piece of paper and pencil can help you. You want to be left alone and put everything inside you on paper. Particularly, if you face a loss, fail ,even when you are happy, you write something down in a notebook .As a result, it impacts a positive affect to your life. Recently, I have read a book which about psychology. As it is written, if pessimism, negativity, prevail on you, besides, , your life is full of issues, take a sheet of paper and write down all of them in it. After that. you must fire this paper.

You will lose the negative thoughts inside through this training, you purify your heart. Then you should write down then best things which you want. As a consequence, processes are formed under the mind, you start receiving positive energy from the whole universe. So you can alter and manage yourself and the world by just a writing. ​
