We reserve the right to revise the Price Band during the Bidding Period/Issue Period in accordance with SEBI Guidelines.
The cap on the Price Band should not exceed the floor of the Price Band by more than 20% of the floor of the Price
Band. Subject to compliance with the immediately preceding sentence, the floor of the Price Band can move up or down
to the extent of 20% of the floor of the Price Band disclosed in the Red Herring Prospectus.
In case of revision in the Price Band, the Bidding Period/Issue Period will be extended for three additional days after
revision of Price Band subject to the Bidding Period/Issue Period not exceeding 10 days. Any revision in the Price

Band and the revised Bidding Period/Issue Period, if applicable, will be widely disseminated by notification to BSE
and NSE by issuing a press release, and also by indicating the change on the websites of the BRLMs and at the
terminals of the Syndicate.
Designated Date and allotment of Equity Shares
(a)
We will ensure that the Allotment of Equity Shares is done within 15 days of the Bid Closing Date/Issue Closing
Date. After the funds are transferred from the Escrow Accounts to the Issue Account on the Designated Date, we
would ensure the credit to the successful Bidders’ depository account as well as the refund to unsuccessful Bidders
within two working days of the date of Allotment.
(b)
As per SEBI Guidelines, 
Equity Shares will be issued and allotment shall be made only in the dematerialised
form to the allottees.
Allottees will have the option to re-materialise the Equity Shares, if they so desire, in the
manner stated in the Depositories Act.
