Memory is one of the most important

functions of the human nervous system.

MEMORY DISORDERS: WHY DOES IT COME DOWN?

The mechanism of human memory function is so complex

that it can be disrupted for many reasons.

According to doctors, the following factors can cause memory loss:


  • Physical and mental stress.
  • Excessive mental work, fatigue.
  • Chronic insomnia.
  • Chronic stress.
  • Experiencing intense stress.
  • Smoking tobacco products.
  • Alcohol abuse.
  • Taking drugs.
  • Age-related changes in the brain.
  • Stroke.
  • Skull injuries (open and closed).
  • Diseases of the thyroid gland.
  • Vascular disease.
  • Circulatory disorders in the brain

  • due to heart disease.
  • Take some medicine.

SYMPTOMS OF MEMORY DEPRESSION

Not all cases of memory loss require treatment.

The guideline for medical treatment and folk remedies is that the

  • Sleep at least 8 hours a day;
  • Rest from time to time;
