VIII. International cooperation
50. Andijan machine building Institute has the right to establish educational institutions by Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan"On Education", to participate in international cooperation on education issues, set up relations with the respective educational institutions.
Education, retraining and improvement of the professional, scientific and pedagogical skills of foreign citizens, teaching and scientific research of employees of the educational institution outside the territory of the republic of Uzbekistan, are carried out on the basis of contracts concluded with foreign legal entities and contacts signed with foreign legal entities based on legislation of Andijan Machine building institute.
51. Andijan machine building institute has the following rights:
- become a member of international non-governmental organizations;
-concluding contracts on collaborative activities with foreign partners in accordance with the established procedure.
- organizing structural subdivisions of higher education institutions with the participation of foreign partners (centers, laboratories, palaces and other technical divisions) according to the procedure stipulated by the law.
52. Andijan machine building institute has the rights to engage in foreign economic activity aimed at the development of international relations and to fulfill the tasks set by the national training program, “The Education law" and provided by this Charter in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
53. Currency and revenues from foreign economic activities of Andijan Machine building institute are used to ensure its activities determined in the Charter according to the legislation.
IX. The final rules
54. By the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Andijan machine building Institute is responsible for the following:
-non-performance of its duties competence;
- non-performance the size of the educational curricula and training programs in accordance with the timetable in the process;
- the life and health of employees and customers at educational process ;
- Infringement of the rights and freedoms of students and staff of higher education institutions;
- Other actions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
55. Andijan machine building institute may be reorganized or liquidated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan with procedures established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan,.
56 The amendments or additions to the Charter may be carried out in accordance with High educational institution.
