4.      Check in with attendees in real-time

Take advantage of the real-time survey and lecture rating capabilities on the virtual conference platform to engage with attendees and get their thoughts and input. The polls can also be used to rate subject matter, give the lecturer spontaneous input as part of his presentation, and even to settle controversial issues that people bring up. You will receive the results immediately and you can choose to show them to all participants or save the information for your later use. 

5.      Plan for hiccups

With virtual conferences, the issue of technological difficulties is well known. A fragmented broadcast, a speaker who fails to connect remotely, a participant who has trouble navigating the conference platform…. We’ve seen it all. Based on our experiences with dozens of virtual conferences, we have developed a unique method for preventing many problems and for coping with them if they do arise. Our method includes holding pre-lecture briefings, providing video tutorials for simple platform operation, operating a human online support system from a central control room during all hours of conference activity, and most importantly, backups, backups and backups.
