4. Skills and sub-skills obtained by preparing lessons 
In teaching literature or language, driving force in essential qualities: self-
awareness, emotional clarity and self-monitoring is necessary. Moreover, a teacher 
must add to her professional knowledge, keep up to date with theory and practice in 
the field and improve her teaching skills. Fixing on the qualities described above, a 
teacher is able to make her lesson preparation well. Everything has an exception that 
we need to consider if an inexperienced or unwell-qualified teacher can do her lesson 
well. I think that she will get the fruit of her effort. This is the aim of this present 
paper that a teacher can improve her skills by preparing her lessons well.
