Production of paper prepaid calling cards (vouchers) is very simple. You need a 
small machine that is called the ORANGE BOX that does the printing when all the 
necessary coding must have been done. You need battery to operate the machine 
(ORANGE BOX). Like your normal handset, you need to charge the battery at 
least once a week.
The ORANGE BOX will keep records of daily sales made, time and serial 
numbers of vouchers. The ORANGE BOX can print any network and each of the 
network denominations has their own security code. 
After you must have been taught how to operate the ORANGE BOX, you start 
with a minimum of N5,000.00 air time if you choose to load at the point of training 
or a minimum of N10,000.00.if you choose to load later at your convenience.
On security, which is the key issue in production of recharge cards, the machine 
has the necessary security details that will be known to only you after the training 
that you will receive at the point of purchase.
RAW MATERIAL
The only raw material you need for the production of vouchers is paper roll. A roll 
of paper can print about 150vouchers. After your training on how to operate the 
ORANGE BOX, you will be given two rolls of papers to start with. You can buy 
the roll of papers from the designated places nationwide. Each of the paper roll 
cost about N75.00 only.
