Investment pattern/proceedure

INVESTMENT PATTERN/PROCEEDURE:

1. Parties signed this JP Agreement and separately Profit Share Agreement.
2. Party A provide KYC, fresh Account statement, Tear sheet, RWA/BCL from his bank and Client RWA letter stating readiness to reserve the funds under MT-799. Verbiages are attached.
3. Above documents shall be delivered for due-diligence/compliance. When approved, investment offer shall be provided by the Platform. Funds verification shall be made by Platform entity/bank/Law office/compliance department. Additional documents may be required by the Platform!
4. Upon approved by GFM and Investor, final trade agreement shall be provided for signature by Investor.
5. Platform shall instruct Party A to whom to issue the Block /reserved/Administrative Hold Funds by Mt799 (To The monetize). Verbiage will be provided by Platform.
6. Party A bank issues the MT799 to designated beneficiary. Funds Blocked for one/two year and one month, thereafter shall be realized automatically.
7. Payments of dividends/return of the investment/releasing the Block funds – shall be determined in separated Trade Agreement.
8. This Agreement is valid until terminated by the Parties by mutual understanding, in writing.
9. Any swift between the involved banks, a copy certified by the banker shall be sent to GFM immediately after executing, for verification means.
10. First payment will be done in 72 hours after funds will be blocked. First tranche will be 0.5-2% from the total amount.

Note: Platform is regulated entity and all acts are 100% legal and according to the financial regulations!
