The table shows that the obtained yield indicators also show the effect of the applied fertilizer on crop growth and development. Although the melon yield also increased as a result of the increase in the nitrogen fertilizer rate, the effectiveness of the applied fertilizer decreased as the rate increased.


In particular, in the control option, which was fed with 75 kg of nitrogen fertilizers per hectare against the background of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, the yield of melon in option 1 was 262 s/ha, which recorded the lowest melon yield. As a result of increasing the nitrogen content by 25 kg (var. 2), the melon yield reached 301 s/ha, and the additional yield was 39.0 s/ha. Increased nitrogen fertilization has also led to increased yields. In particular, the increase in nitrogen content to 125 kg/ha (3 option) resulted in the highest yield, which increased to 312 s/ha, with an additional yield of 50 s/ha compared to the control compared to option 2, this figure was 11 s/ha. In other words, in option 2, the yield was 39 s/ha due to 25 kg of additional nitrogen fertilizer, while in option 3, which was increased by 25 kg, the yield was only 11.0 s/ha. At the same time, the efficiency of fertilizers decreased by almost 4 times. This situation was also observed during the transition to option 4. In other words, when 150 kg of nitrogen fertilizers were applied per hectare, the yield was 304.0 s/ha, which is 42.0 s/ha higher than the control. dog efficiency decreased further, reaching only 3.0 s/ha compared to option 2 and 8.0 s/ha compared to option 3.
Therefore, based on the above analysis, it is advisable not to reduce the rate of nitrogen fertilizers to 125 kg per 100 kg of phosphorus and 50 kg of potassium fertilizers per hectare in order to increase the efficiency of mineral fertilizers and get high yields.
