Procedure: In Handout 6 Ss get models of report beginnings and endings. Ss should match them and answer the following questions.

In Handout 7 Ss get 4 different types of reports. Ss should read and match the types with samples underlining key words.

Homework (2min): T. asks the students to revise the structures and useful expressions of both types of letters . Ss should answer the questions to the given situations and write letters.
