Is it hard for you to stay focused?
Well..sometimes I find it rather difficult to focus on something especially when I am stressed or under emotional breakdown. To be honest; I’m a firm believer that multitasking isn’t always bad. However, when I have way too many plates spinning at one time, my focus feels depleted.

The continuous drumbeat of noise from email, social media messages, and cell phone can cause distraction to me. If I want real focus, I take myself offline until I’ve accomplished my task. Moreover, there are also internal distractions such as hunger, fatigue, illness, worrying, and daydreaming that sidetrack my focus
