The United Nations officially came into existence on 24- October 1945,
when the Chaarter had been ratified by China ,France,the Soviet Union,the United Kingdom the United States and by a majority of other signatories,
United Nations Day is celebrated on 24 October each years

Fakt. The name ‘’United Ntions’’, coined by United States President Franklin D.Roosvelt was first used in the Declaration by United Nations of 1-January 1942.

The United Nations is an international orgazination founded in 1945.
It is currently made up of Member states.
The mission and work of the United Nations are guided by the purposes and principle contained in ist founding Charter.

The United Nations can take action on the issues confronting humanity in the 21 st
