The  relevance  of  this  information  lies  in  the  fact  that  the  historical  development  of 

linguistic  features of a language is a continuous uninterrupted process without sudden breaks or 

rapid  transformations.  Therefore,  peculiarities  in  the  language  development  of  the  Romance-

Germanic  languages  imposed  on  language  history  according  to  a  period  by  various  scientists. 

Divisions  into  group  characteristics  and  cross-sections  of  a  certain  classification  are  used  for 

teaching and research purposes.
