Consulting agreement

2) OBJECT OF AGREEMENT:
A.
CAEP offers to the Participant the possibility of participating in the Work and Travel Program by the
Sponsor;
B.
The contractual and legal relationships are established directly between the Participant and Sponsor,
Employer or Partner. CAEP offers only access to the Sponsor’s programs. All the payments performed by
the Participant as program fees are payments performed to the Sponsor. CAEP, as consignee, has the
role of submitting the amounts of money which represent program fees to the Sponsor or Partners.
CAEP is not the reseller of the programs performed by Sponsors and Partners”. The contractual
relationships between the Participant and Sponsor, Employer and Partners are the ones provided at
point 7 “Participation Terms and Conditions”, contractual understanding assumed by the Participant.
None of the amounts cashed as program fees will not be arbitration or services supply fees, will not be
part of the CAEP assets.
C.
The plane ticket is in-out to the USA according to the Program. These are bought compulsory by
CAEP and Partners!
3) CAEP OBLIGATIONS:
A.
To organize the selection of Participant for the program according to the requirements of the State
Department of USA;
B.
To test the communication skills in English of the Participant by interview and to submit the
assessment requested by the Sponsor;

C.
To organize the training of Participant: 1) Program terms and conditions; 2) selection of program
contract; 3) visa interview; 4) guidance before the leave to USA;
D.
To help the Participant in selecting the place of work offered by Sponsor, according to the
requirements of the State Department of USA;
E.
To assure the participants, by the Sponsor, with medical insurance and insurance in case of accidents
during the program according to the date of form DS-2019;
