Consulting agreement

H.
To pay the SIM card of 60 Usd with American phone number and to communicate to the Sponsor,
Employer and family;
I. 
To participate in all the guiding / training / interview / job fair coordinated by Sponsor and CAEP;
J.
After the return from the USA to submit to CAEP up to 15th November the documents for the
submission of the financial statement obtained in the USA, for the return of paid fees. This service is
compulsory by CAEP to avoid fiscal frauds;
K.
To inform the Uzbekistan authorities, from the country and abroad, concerning the new place of work
and temporary stay;
L.
To submit all the documents and necessary information to participate within a maximum 2 weeks
from registration. The excess of the submission term for documents will be charged with 100 USD. In
the case of submitting false, incomplete, incorrect, delayed or confused documents / information, this
might cause the delay or / and termination of the participation process in the program, obtaining of visa,
as well as the imposition of sanctions by the American State Department, Sponsor and Company.
5) COST OF PROGRAM AND ORDER OF PAYMENTS:
A.
All the payments performed by the Participant to CAEP as: program services, training, program cost,
medical insurance, SEVIS fee, DS-2019, are payments done to the Sponsor or partners, these do not
have the quality of arbitration fee;
STEP 1:
The participant pays the first instalment in the amount of 800 Usd within 3 days from the
agreement execution.

STEP 2:
The participant pays the second instalment in the amount of 1150 Usd within 3 days from the
confirmation of the program offered by the sponsor / employer. Also, in the second phase, the
Participant will choose and pay the JOB Package 0 Usd , 240 Usd, 290 Usd or 340 Usd.
