UZBEKISTAN
The republic of Uzbekistan was founded in August 31, 1991.
Uzbekistan is situated in Central Asia in the basin of the Amudarya and Syrdarya rivers which run into the Aral Sea. Its territory is 447,8 thousand square kilometres. Uzbekistan is divided into twelve regions.
Uzbekistan is a democratic republic. The President is the head of the government. The population of Uzbekistan is about 30 000 000. The native people are Uzbeks.
The climate of Uzbekistan is continental. The relief is varied. There are mountains, plains, deserts in Uzbekistan.
It is a republic with a highly developed industry. Samarkand, Bukhara, Andijan, Ferghana, Almalyk, Angren, Navoi, Chirchik are industrial towns of Uzbekistan. Powerful industrial enterprises operate actually in all sectors of industry, machine – building industry, aircraft industry, automobile – building industry and light industry.
Uzbekistan is rich with mineral resources such as: oil, gas, gold, coal, copper and etc. It is a land of cotton, karakul sheep, silk, fruit and a land with highly mechanized agriculture.
The constitution of the Uzbek Republic adopted on December 8, 1992 gives all the citizens the right to work, to rest and to education. There is a great number of educational establishments in Uzbekistan: secondary schools, colleges, Institutes and universities.

Objectives:
To students skill to explain how The Present Perfect Tense
Use the present perfect tense to talk about happenings in the past that explain or affect the present. The verbs have and has are used as “helping” or auxiliary verbs to form the present perfect tense. To form the present perfect tense join have or has to the past participle of the verb: have + past participle, has + past participle
The past participle of a regular verb usually ends in -ed, just like the simple past tense. But the past participles of irregular verbs don’t follow this rule.
Kim’s cut her finger. Sam has scored two goals. I’ve just finished my shower. Uncle Tom has lost his wallet.
John has gone out. The Lees have moved to Ohio. It has not rained for months.
