Nowadays we can meet the phrase “Innovation” not only in education, but also in all departures of life such as economy, policy, agriculture, industry, medicine and other branches of life. Simply said, innovation means to popularize and develop and this branch by using new techniques, new methods.

This qualification work is for the teachers who are working at secondary and professional schools and is shown by special programmes.
In writing qualification work it is shown that the necessity of learning English, requirements for learning and teaching of English, which became the accepted international language of technology and commerce, purpose and tasks of the language, language peculiarity, using innovational techniques in teaching language and other aspects.

INTRODUCTION
Nowadays English teachers have always been concerned about the inadequacy of conventional methods of English teaching in Uzbek education systems. The teacher of 21 century should shed traditional concepts and techniques of classroom teaching and should adopt the recent and innovative teaching techniques. English teachers must be innovative, creative and resourceful with thorough knowledge of the subject and adopt new techniques to change social economic status of our country. Due to globalization the world is changing rapidly, hence a teacher has to improve and upgrade knowledge of innovative techniques to meet the demands of changing scenario. Various innovative materials and strategies will assist for the effective learning of students. The aim of this paper is to showcase the use of innovative techniques for teaching English communication skill to learners. Novel methods such audio video aids, games, group discussions, Role play, brain storm will provide an easy way for learning English and increase the confidence of the learners.
