Description:
Information on intellectual property processes in Portugal are freely 
available on the web portal of the Portuguese Institute of Industrial 
Property. It offers several online services such as intellectual 
property search online and registration of trademarks, patents, and 
designs. The Digital Library also offers access to legislation related 
to the intellectual property; and set of legislation related to the 
activities of protection and maintenance of Industrial Property rights 
and correlated subjects.
