Password in time
’
is a service for citizens and companies, for the 
first-time registration in Social Security, direct or for the recovery of 
the user password, through agile channels, which allow immediate 
access to this transactional channel. 
With this service, all those who have updated contacts in Social 
Security (mobile phone number or email address), can register in 
the Social Security Direct without having to wait for the sending of a 
letter to their physical address. With this new form of registration, a 
verification code is sent by SMS or electronic mail, for immediate 
activation of the account.
Furthermore, Social Security Direct allows the registration of the 
application for the Social Provision for Inclusion (PSI). This measure

aims to strengthen the social protection of citizens with disabilities, 
where there is a shortage or insufficiency of their own resources and 
of the household.

Description:
The Information System for Service Management (SIGÄ) allows 
users the online scheduling of public services, via a dedicated site 
web-portal managed by the Social Security. This service allows 
greater efficiency in the management of the scheduling and is 
simpler and easier to use, making available to citizens and 
companies:

An easy and intuitive scheduling system with real-time 
information on scheduling availability; 
▪
The possibility of managing appointments; 
▪
Information about the topics/issues that can be addressed at 
each 
public 
administration’s 
office, 
including 
the 
documentation that will be required to the user; 
▪
An alert system by SMS and/or email, which notifies the user 
of his appointments both on the day before and on the day of 
the scheduled service(s); 
▪
The possibility of scheduling for various public services in a 
single portal.
