Note:

  1. For Table 1.1, The employer shall categorize the activity of the whole project depending on the nature of the project and assign the percentage of the bid price. The number of activities shall generally be 4-7.

  2. Based on the activities categorized in (a), the employer shall mention the detailed weightage of the bid price and percentage assigned to different stage to make acquittance to the bidder for payment.

  3. The employer shall prepare the Table 1.2 as elaborative as possible in line with the milestone mentioned in section VI Employers’ requirements to facilitate the payment procedure according to the progress of the work as per the milestone and mention the tests needed before payment to assure the quality of the work according to the specification.The Employer shall make arrangements for quality control by conducting test and checking the measurement of the work completed by the contractor.
