Description:
The National Qualifications System (SNQ) is coordinated by the 
National Agency for Qualification and Vocational Education (ANQEP) 
and works in conjunction with the European Qualifications Framework 
to promote the improvement of the basic training of the active 
population through school and professional progression. 
The SNQ also includes (among others) the Directorate-General for 
Employment and Labour Relations (DGERT), which is the coordinating 
body of the competent authorities for the purposes of recognition of 
professional qualifications, and the Institute of Employment and 
Vocational Training (IEFP), which is the contact point for matters 
regarding the recognition of professional qualifications.

Description:
The Solidarity Citizen Spot extends the Citizen Spot project to day-
care centres, nursing homes, residential structures for the elderly and 
hospitals with inpatient units. It comprises the operation of mobile 
kits by a trained mediator who visits the above-mentioned structures 
and helps its users to perform public services using the digital 
channel, in order to engage and empower a group that is normally 
neglected when talking about ICTs. The mobile kits are developed 
and delivered by AMA to the partner institutions, which are then 
responsible for their management.
